For over 80 years, Couristan,Inc. has stood behind every product we have sold. If for any reason you are not happy with an area rug that you have purchased from our Couristan Outlet Store website, please make a request for return in electronic writing within (15) days from the date of delivery. Your request may be made through our Return Form page located on this site. You must login to access your account information. Once you have gained access, under "My Account" click on "View Order Status and History". Your order history will apear, click on "View" for the Order ID in which you would like to return, then click on the Return Button located on the upper right corner of your Order ID Page, a Return Form will apear. We will then send you detailed instructions on how you can ship the area rug back to us in order to receive a full reimbursement of the purchase price. After the return authorization is issued, the area rug must be received by our warehouse within 10 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. In the unlikely event that the area rug is defective, we will replace it immediately, at no additional cost to you. For your convenience we do offer prepaid return packets for area rugs approximately 8 feet x 11 feet and smaller. Prepaid return packets may be requested when you make your request for return in writing.
All returns must have a return authorization number. This ensures that proper credit is given to your account. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order, or make an attempt to return your order without an authorization number, you will still be charged. After (15) days from the date of delivery all sales are final, unless we have a return request from you in writing within that period. Regretfully oversized area rugs approximately 8 feet x 11 feet 2 inches or larger are non refundable.
If your area rug has been damaged from shipping, do not accept it from the delivery company and contact us immediately. This is the only circumstance that a refusal is allowed, we will arrange a replacement (we highly recommend that you indicate that a signature is required upon placing your order). If a damaged area rug is delivered when you are not at home, leave the area rug in the original wrapping and contact us immediately. If the area rug is defective or is not the area rug you ordered, contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement. There will be no additional shipping costs billed to you. In all circumstances you may contact us through our Contact Us page. You have (15) days from the date of delivery to request a return. We thank you for your valued business.
